Thanks to You!

Mon Nov 9, 2009, 6:04 PM
Hoping to give some thanks to all of you that have been watching me so far and that have looked through my writing. I am now at 2,500 page views! It's been a great first year here on dA and I look forward to seeing even more of your artwork.

Cheers to the supportive community we've all created!

And here's to you, a personal gift from me: [link]

Enjoy.

Today I turn another year older, something that brings back memories and regrets and little maybe's like hope and dreams.

So here is my gift to you. [link] Just a little something that I couldn't help giving. [suddenly I want to give more than recieve and it feels a little different and exciting]

Thanks to you for all the appreciation you have given me!

if this is what we most fear...

then i could walk over it a hundred times, smiling and dancing and living.

is it bad that i can enjoy the beauty in the world now that you're gone? that I feel free and alive and beautiful? that i don't even care, never did?

now i am the twirling orbit around saturn. I am the 1% of static snow that WAS the big-bang, IS the expansion of atomic matter floating, still, outwards. I am the cosmological principal. I am the X-particle that will someday decay the neutrons in three of the fundamental forces and the Z-particle that counters the electroweek particles. The universe has no boundaries. I float on quasars and sleep on dark matter. I am Einstein's General Theory of Relativity; the universe is always expanding. I am the Unified Feild Theory that cosmologists work so hard to find; the cause of the big-bang; the big-bang at second zero that will unite gravity with the three other forces. I am gravity, holding the world down and the Earth in full circle around the sun.

First off, I apologize for not being on dA very recently. It's been a busy few weeks for me and I'm convinced I can be diagnosed with WAD (Weather Affective Disorder) as I would call it. Thankfully, it was sunnier out this Friday and Saturday and there have been multiple things to preoccupy me.

Also, Happy Mothers Day! :rose:

I have to thank my friend ~leonyninja for the lovely new avatar she took time in making. Check her work out here: [link]

I happened across this paragraph earlier this spring, it's quite hard to get right, but after I was told the answer it made much more sense.

WHAT IS THIS PARAGRAPH DESCRIBING?

The substantial gelid configuration, at least in its eventual gustative state, enables it to be housed in the conical armature. Indeed, the structure of this housing, though amply voluminous to contain the entire mass, nonetheless hinders total subsumation in the initial consumption stages. Were it spheroid, of course, the containment would undubitably be precise and complete. The diminution of the aliment, both from ingestion and molecular transposition, merges form and content, as the utilitarian as well as aesthetic aspects of the processs become more pronounced. The cloying, cold sensation of the gell, the blan, brittle casement enveloping it, even the intricate neural and physiognomical flexions, unnoticed by the actor - all combine to produce an experience evidencing contentmet and salubrity.

Any guesses? If you really can't tell, note me and I'll tell you. Right now I don't want to give it away to everyone!

Realized I haven't posted any journals recently (nor any writing, no excuses). All I have is writing fragments and good weather that melts my brain. On a less selfish note, how all you all doing?

*BY THE WAY, write a note to me and strike up a conversation on anything you want. I'll be happy get to know you and discuss absolutely of interest to you or give you my feed back. Or if you just need input or advice on writing or even something personal I'm happy to help and my lips are sealed! Promise.

I gathered a series of "unrhymable" words. But every person has a different standard for the word rhyme. Poor english has it in for colors and numbers. Just for reference I got this list from here: [link]

Common words:

* Silver
* Purple
* Orange
* Month

Less common:

* Angst
* Scalp
* Breadth

* Depth
* Width

Numbers:

* eighth
* ninth
* twelfth, etc.

*MY CHALLENGE: try writing something on one of these specific words (numbers may sprout more ideas).
